Add Abandoned Cart Tracking and Customer Retargeting

Details:

This feature would allow creators to identify customers who have interacted with or abandoned their carts after adding beats. It is incredibly useful for producers who want to improve sales and engagement by retargeting those potential buyers with personalized emails or discounts.

• BeatStars producers looking to recover abandoned sales.

• Customers, as they can receive incentives like coupon codes or reminders to complete their purchases.

How it should work:

• Provide access to data of customers who added tracks to their carts but did not complete the transaction.

• Integrate this data with third-party email marketing tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

• Include an option for automatic email triggers (e.g., “Finish your purchase and get 10% off!”).

Thank you for reaching out with your suggestions and feedback!

We’re pleased to share that we currently have an abandoned cart feature running on our Marketplace. This feature automatically sends an email reminder 24 hours after customers leave items in their cart, encouraging them to return and complete their purchase.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand this feature to provide more data to our users and introduce options like customizable emails. These emails could include discount codes, offers, and other incentives to further improve cart recovery rates.

While we don’t have a specific time frame for this expansion, it is firmly on our product roadmap.

Thank you again for your invaluable feedback—it’s very much appreciated!

Would really appreciate to have this function. Considering moving to another platform just because of the absence of this function

This function is really essential, just because beatstars does not have this function I have come to consider moving to another platform that does have this function
