Is there anyway we can introduce new pricing arrangements?
I’d like to create new selling incentives to benefit ones market to fluctuate.
Instead of ”Buy 1 Get 1 Free” , I’d like to do “Buy 1, Get (1+) Half Off” - so then we can switch back & show love with the ”Buy 1, Get 1 Free”
Instead of only ”Free Beat Downloads if you enter your email”
I’d like to do “Subscribe to my beatstars & get a free beat!”
I’d seen a request even made with “follow my instagram & get a free beat”
I’d take it up a notch & keep it to the business if that’s not allowed cuz of IG policies than
I’d like to do “Subscribe to my YouTube & get a free beat!”
Between Youtube & Beatstars, it’d be a great integration system because of how many creators are actually selling licenses from beatstars to YouTube & vice versa.
Maybe even a YouTube X Beatstars like how they had vevo
Maybe even with Twitch, “subscribe for a free beat“ with how many new producers be on live & get a following thru there, it’d only help the business even more
Don’t remove options, but just add these
1 beat per subscription tho even if you unsubscribe!
Also being able to negotiate or offer on any license should be allowed too! It’d help being more fluid with how I’d want to things
It’d be nice to brainstorm more on this so if anybody has their own input it’d help.
It’d also help Beatstars from having creators leave their platforms to build their own sites by adding new easy incentives to help sell, promote/network, & less frustration creatively by keeping up wit new ways on how people are networking with each other thru subscriptions.
Thank you for sharing your suggestions with us.
For the first suggestion, while we haven’t considered it yet, we will certainly explore how we can enhance the offerings for producers and expand our existing features.
Regarding the free download in exchange for a BeatStars profile subscribe, we are planning to implement this feature. However, incorporating it on for platforms, such as YouTube, is challenging due to their policies, which often do not support such actions. We had a similar feature in the past, but it was blocked by third parties.
Currently, we allow negotiations on all license types via the ProPage. We previously permitted negotiations on the Marketplace, but it led to issues between buyers and sellers, so it was removed. We may consider reintroducing it for the Marketplace if we can find a better solution.
Thanks again, and please continue to share your ideas and suggestions with us.
