That's against instagrams terms and services they do not allow free downloads in exchange for a forced follower
the reason ig doesn't allow this is because people can farm followers in engagement groups with fake non legit ment downloads
This is not beatstars issue to deal with they can't do anything unless they want ig and fb to ban them from advertising and ban their accounts or shadow ban them a company this large wouldn't break the tos of a mega Corp like ig just isn't professional whether u think it's fair or not
