Is it possible to list the average turnaround times for payments to be sent to users who withdrawal revenue from their wallets? The site list 1-2 business days for Banks and same day processing for PayPal, but it seems it is a little longer than that(14 business days). Also is it possible to send a confirmation email once any funds are withdrawn from a users wallet? It would be helpful for a confirmation email saying X amount of funds should be expected in your Bank Account/PayPal between X timeframe. The Wallets section provides a general breakdown of the activity, but it is no way to confirm which account money is being sent to when you try to look more into the activity section.
Thank you for your comment. To add some clarity to your suggestion, the time frames displayed, highlight the time it will take once a withdrawal request has been approved. Currently, we have a 14-business-day window for the approval process, which we are working on to reduce. We will also look to improve this process in the future.
