The challenge with unlocking unlimited messages is that it opens up our platform to spam and unsolicited messages. In order to protect our community from this kind of behaviour, we first need to update our messaging system to better manage and handle potential spam and fraudulent activity.
We certainly understand that having limitations on messaging is not ideal, but we also have to balance that with protecting our community as best we can.
That said, we do have plans in the works to improve communication between sellers and customers who have already made purchases. This could help with license upgrades, upsells, and anything in between that allows creators to build stronger relationships with their customers.
