We have all at times felt a lack of appreciation for our work, discouraged, and not supported at some point or another. I think digital plaques keep people working towards there dreams and helps them learn to work towards there dreams not just try to rush the process so people know how amazing they are.
Thank you for your suggestion. We have some potential ideas to introduce some milestone achievement awards of a similar nature in the future.
