Targeted Beat Promo (Rappers or Producers)

When using beatstars promotional features, it promote your music to random people. We need an option to target only rappers, singers or producers. For example: If im promoting a "sound kit" I want to be able to promote to producers only. If im promoting a beat, I want to target rappers only. Also, when signing up we can choose our location (NY, PA, CA). This will allow us to also target ads by location (and IP location). More time put into features. more money people will invest in those features, win-win for everyone!
