Timeout issue in New Beatstars Studio Tracks section on slower internet speeds

On slower internet setups the beat uploads timeout and abort the entire process in the new Beatstars studio Tracks section when attempting to upload a new track or update an existing one. When a faster service/area isn't available the only workaround has been switching back to the old tracks section and uploading it there. The track uploads work great on faster internets services but I ran into the issue multiple times when I was working in a slower location, whereas on the old track section it would take forever to upload but would not timeout and would allow it to complete. I believe the issue occurred on a service with a 25mb upload speed limit
